My sticker won’t import into WhatsApp. What can I check?

WhatsApp requires animated stickers to be 512×512 and under 500 KB. StickerGrab exports within those limits automatically, so make sure you have the latest version of both apps. If the export still fails, reach out and we’ll help.

Is my content uploaded anywhere?

No. StickerGrab converts your clips into stickers entirely on your device — nothing is uploaded to make your stickers.

I forgot my password. How can I reset it?

On the login screen, tap “Forgot Password?” and follow the instructions to reset your password via email.

How do I delete my account?

You can delete your account directly from the app under Settings > Account > Delete Account. If you need assistance, contact us at [email protected].
